Shipping Policy:
It is our policy to ship items as soon as payment has cleared. We can't control freight carrier's pickup times or delivery times and all items are shipped FOB common carrier (No Liftgate). You will be responsible for inspecting for any freight damage prior to signing for the item. You will need to make sure that you are able to offload the product as their is no lift gate service on standard shipments. Lift gate delivery is available for additional costs. All freight is based on common carrier rates. You must call or email prior to order for a freight quote.
Freight Damage:
All freight claims will have to be handled by end user as the items ship FOB and is guaranteed to be loaded onto the truck as described and documented on this site. We will try and rectify any questions and issues as they arise.
Our Guarantee:
All used equipment is as is and guaranteed not to be DOA. The items are listed in the greatest detail possible in all circumstances. We are a commercial food service equipment dealership and specialize in new equipment, design and service customers nationwide. Our reputation is important to us. However, used equipment is just that USED. So other than knowing that it works at time of shipment and the outside cosmetics of the unit we can't guarantee anything. If you want a new piece please contact us and we can find a solution that works best for you.
